Easy to set up! Works great! 3 -2-1 GO!

I am sorry to say this but due to your customer service, I will never order from you all again and I could never recommend you to anyone. The product itself is fine, the infortunate part is your customer service.

Awesome equipment

I love my Walking Pad R2. The assembly was minimal and it’s easy to fold up and move. The platform is smooth and plenty wide and long. I am motivated to walk daily as I don’t have to worry about heat, rain or humidity. Much better size than a treadmill. I truly love it and the handle is nice to have, too.
Jimmy S.
Some level of noise when running; the belt cannot be placed in the center and get warmer and warmer when running a long time.
Overall, it's nice to have when you want easy-to-reach exercise in a limited space.
Gary K.
Good folding walking pad. My only complaint is that the remote only allows increments of .5 mph, so you can't fine tune the speed. You can fine tune with the app, but app has terrible reliability, disconnecting halfway through the workout and unable to reconnect.
Keisha J.
It was easy to assemble and I've now walked more in a few days with the awful winter than i have before. It is now easier to meet my walking goals.

I've had it for a couple of weeks now. So far it mostly works as advertised.
When it was delivered, it was left at the bottom of a set of stairs and it was pretty challenging to get it up, but once it was unpacked it is not too bad to roll it across a wood floor. I use it for walking, and it works ok. The deck feels a bit strange to walk on compared to other treadmills I've used, but given that it has to be folded and wheeled around, it seems like a reasonable compromise.
I haven't even bothered to use the app because the reviews are so bad. The first time I set it up I was confused about the "SAFE" mode, but found something online about it. The first time I used it in walking mode, I was surprised that I still had to put the safety piece in to get it to start even though the cross-bar was on the floor. However, since then the safety piece doesn't take it out of safe mode anymore, no matter how the walking pad is set up. I've been able to override it by using the calibration trick, but I'm concerned about the quality. If that trick fails, I won't be able to use it anymore.
I would consider returning it, but with the workaround it does what I need it to do (and I'm concerned I wouldn't be able to get it down the stairs and to the UPS place given the weight).
I use it as an underdesk treadmill for a couple hours a day and the rest of the time it is against the wall. I like that I am able to use it that way.
Robyn N.
Has it for 2 weeks. I love it and use it under my standing desk. It's awesome but having a hard time finding the support articles. I may have a problem with the belt and need help.
Gillian A.
I like the app that it comes with and how you can make a Plan for your goals for the days. I really like the folding feature and the wheels that make it easy to move. It is a little heavy to take downstairs so I keep it upstairs in my office.
Felicia B.
I love it! It's quiet and goes to up to a high speed.
Jacob W.
Product is great! Love being able to store it off to the side folded up when I want to sit behind my desk. And the running option is nice, especially living in the frozen north.
Lacy R.
App sucks, but LOVE the Treadmill so far. A little loud, but trying to figure out how to make it quiter

Hatim K.
The walking pad does the job well. From portability perspective, the wheels are too small. The locking mechanism of the handle bar can definitely be improved for ease of use.
Shannan G.
When we received this, the plug-in connector broke when we tried to plug it in so we haven't been able to use the R2 yet.
We contacted the company and was provided a return shipping label to send back.
Hopefully the one we receive for exchange will work better.
Elaine D.
Exactly what I wanted! Works well and perfectly compact. No disappointment here. Glad I took the leap.
Reyhaneh J.
Great costumer service. Very responsive and responsible. Accessible by phone and mail, responded promptly.
Ana
Terrible experience. The pad arrived with a broken wheel and broken electrical socket. Already wrote severa emails and nobody is replying.
Tanja M.
Just got it so I used it for a couple of times only but everything seems to work just as expected. I dont feell that machine is vibrating while I run on it so thats great. I weight 64kg. The only thing that did work only 2times was the remote control. The batery went dead but I put a new one and everything is fine now.
Linda K.
The walking pad is perfect for us - it is compact and easy to move around - easy to use - love that it is so quiet - makes it enjoyable to be able to just leave it open in the house so we can jump on it when ever we want to take a little walk. It is really helping my husband and I stay in good cardio health - we are in our late 80’s and 70’s - very important for older people to have a quality life as we age. Thanks.
Matej J.
Great treadmill. Small and compact size, but poweful when walking and running. A little heavy, but still very easy to handle.
Tia M.
This is a great little treadmill. Easy to set up and move around. Very comfortable to walk. I'm really glad I got it.
Olivier F.
The walking pad is broken and doesn't work

Just received the walkingpad r2 two days ago. Arrived much sooner than expected! It’s quite heavy, so to move it and take it out of the box by yourself is VERY difficult. Overall it is an decent product, def very compact. It does the job. But the cons, it is very difficult to lift up and lower the handrail to adjust the height. I struggle with this each time I need to move the treadmill. I would not expect this to happen seeing how isn’t a cheap item. Also, I’m finding that the belt keeps moving after folding it up and when using it again. You are able to use the included Allen wrench to adjust the belt, however the instruction manual also puts caution on adjusting it too much as it could impact the motor? Still debating on whether it’s worth the price.
Pedro S.
The treadmill makes quite a bit of noise when in use. Makes it hard to focus when use it in a standing desk while working.
Sensitivity for speed up/down is a bit too much. This makes it hard to keep a steady pace while centered on the treadmill.
If I’m walking with my feet roughly half way on the treadmill it is very likely that my back foot gets caught at the end of treadmill making me trip in the gap between the arm (configured down) and the end of the carpet runway.
Bob L.
Overall the pad works excellently, I think I just screwed up. The idea was to have it folded under my desk and then open it up periodically throughout the day to do some walking. Unfortunately, even with it folded, it is too big and bulky to be comfortable under the desk. (Gets in the way of your feet and your chair).
Had I known this, I would have paid the extra money to upgrade to the double-fold version, which also looks a lot nicer.
So overall things work great, but before purchasing, really make sure to measure everything properly!

First R2 took longer than expected to arrive and then arrived damaged. Return was fairly easy. Currently using replacement, hoping it doesn’t break. Set up was t super easy, especially with the Chinese (?) app.
Jones Day (.
It arrived and was broken. The outlet fell inside the unit. But the company was good about taking care of a return.
Lindita N.
Works great so far, also very sleek and clean look.
TIEA H.
Did my research and decided to purchase my r2 walking pad straight from the company's online retailer..Delivery was swift less than a week..delivery guy insisted on putting it inside my house..glad he did ..weighs 80 pounds..so you need help if taking it up or downs stairs. So Ive had it for 2 weeks now and I was skeptical down sizing to a ''portable treadmill''.. best decision of 2023..so compact..sleek looking ..so easy to use..w/o the app..wish I had this during covid..love it ..so far so good......

Nichole P.
The treadmill is solid. I have a small apartment, but the R2 is a good fit, and I am very happy. Having it readily available to walk is a plus. It is great to take a break and walk for 10 or 15 minutes when working from home or a longer 30-minute walk on the days I go into the office when I get home. I wish the wheels rolled a little easier when I folded and needed to move it when vacuuming, but I managed. I would and have recommended it to friends and family.
Michelle L.
The treadmill itself works as expected but, sadly, I have not been able to use any of the advanced functions because the app does not work. I’m thinking about sending this treadmill back. For what I paid, I could have gotten a nicer treadmill and advanced functionality with an app that actually works. Also, there were no instructions on setting up the treadmill or the app. It’s a nice treadmill but I can’t really use it other than walk and stop.
Maria Z.
At first I loved it, but there were a few problems. First, the speed only increases and decreases in .5 increments, which is not very versatile. I was going to keep it anyway but two days in some of the features stopped working. When I contacted customer service, I had a horrible experience- they offered no solution, no troubleshooting, and just told me to turn the feature off and use the treadmill without it, because they only added it after customers asked for it, but the feature (which is advertised) doesn’t really work. What? This is an $850 walking pad and two days in customer service is telling me just to ignore the parts that are broken? Not a good sign if after a few days, things are already not working, so I will be returning.

I bought the Walking Pad R2 and really love it. I work from home and needed something to help me keep active instead of of sitting all day. The first unit I got I damaged the socket plug accidentally, fortunately they offer free repairs in the first 30 days.
I gave them a call and the support was very responsive and helpful. The socket needed to be replaced and the offered me two options: (1) Return the unit for a replacement or (2) they could send me the part and I could replace it myself with no impact to the warranty.
The socket is not difficult to replace. If you're handy, with the right tools and the instructional video they provided. And it would save me the hassle of packing the unit up (tip: keep the shipping box for the first 30 days just in case) but I opted or the replacement. They sent me a mailing label and I called Fedex to pick it up. They shipped the replacement once the pick up was confirmed. I got my replacement a couple days later and it works great.
The unit itself is well made and works well. It's not overcomplicated and can go from a slow walk to a pretty decent jog. Oh, keep in mind the speed is limited out of the box and unlocks after you've used it for about 20 mins or a mile (I think) or so before you can freely increase the speed. I didn't like this. However, if you lookup "unlock walking pad R2 speed limit" on YouTube there's a video on how to unlock it immediately using the remote. You don't need the app, and I've read many product reviews that say it's not very good, but fortunately it's not needed.
Erin G.
So far I love it. It works perfect for getting my steps in. It folds very nicely against my wall safely away from my kids. I do put it behind something against the wall so it wont fall but it stays put without (just have small kids around so being extra safe) The running feature is great. I am actively getting so many more steps in with the bad weather outside and when I am just unable to get out due to work or naps or whatever. Very happy with my purchase.
Rob G.
I love this product!
I often struggle to go out running with a new excuse every morning - it’s too windy, too cold etc. but with the R2 walk and run, I have no excuse!!!
I love how it folds and fits under the stairs and is easy to set up!
This is a game changer I. The running world!
Marilyn B.
We love this non traditional treadmill that can be easily hidden and tucked away. Performance is exactly what we need
SL P.
This treadmill works exactly as advertised! Works well, easy to use and no issues even a year later with moderate use.
Kate G.
I love the concept and it takes up so little space. BUT after a few uses, it was so incredibly loud that I couldn't use it. I mean, it was REALLY loud, like people in the house could hear it through a closed door while watching tv with headphones on. I'm not near the weight limit and I was only going moderate speeds, so I don't know why it was so screechy. Tech support tried to help me but I ended up getting a refund (had to pay for the packing at the post office because I didn't keep the box - lesson learned).
Makenlee M.
Doesn’t work and customer service has been terrible about responding to work out getting a replacement
Diann B.
Very easy on my joints and easy to use. LOVE IT
Lauren R.
I’m enjoying it! I think I could have managed to get one of the cheaper options that is thinner. I thought this one would be good if I ever wanted to use it not underneath my desk. You can’t use the auto mode while it is under your desk because you have to start on the front section which is not accessible then.
I like that it turns off if you step off for some reason even without the cord attached. It’s a little harder to move and fold up than I expected. I put it on top of a thin yoga mat to be able to use on my carpet. If I had hard floors or didn’t have to finagle it to fit under the desk, it would be easier to move.
Maureen S.
It’s portable and rolls away easily on wood floor. So glad I purchased it. I noticed some reviews said the split in the middle bothers them but when I walk I haven’t noticed a thing. Maybe if your run you feel it. No incline so I just walk a bit faster to make up the difference. Best gift to myself!
Peggy P.
Love it! Does not take up a lot of room.
David W.
I gave it to myself for Christmas. The remote control doesn’t work. The on/off switch lasted 1, that’s one, use. We’ll see how good customer service is. That said, it works well. The app is okay. Need the remote to work.
Kristina K.
My treadmill arrived with a broken plug socket. I’ve sent several emails trying to send it back and get a new one. Very bad communication with the company. Very disappointed!
Jazmin G.
The treadmill did not even turn on, so I had to ship it back. I'm currently waiting for my refund. I don't know what else to say...
Audrey
Walking Pad R2. I have used it a few times and it's a little janky while using it because the two feet that you loosen or tighten to level out the pad become loose and rattle after a few minutes of walking and jogging. The side plates that run the length of the tread are stuck on with weak adhesive and one corner has lifted off from the base. The small rubber piece that surrounds the emergency stop clip is also stuck on with adhesive and one side has started to lift away as well. The bar does not slide up and down as easily as it shows in the videos, It is very stiff and cumbersome.. When folding the pad there is this loud peeling sound which I cannot figure out why it makes that sound. I wish that I would have read the return policy before purchasing. It says they only accept unused items still in their packaging for returns with refund. I still have the box and packaging, but obviously I have to use it to see if I like it.
Teresa B.
My first order arrived broken. I reached out to customer service and they took care of it with no issues. Received a new walking pad within a week and it works great.
Naomi J.
Very comfortable. I Ike the size of the unit. Just wish the speed was more broken down. It would be great to go 3.3 miles per hour walking.
Lori E.
Love my walking pad especially on cold and rainy days!
Mari paredes P.
So far so good
Jack H.
It’s easy to set up, very minimal, aesthetically pleasing, and works well.
MARC H.
I do need the integration with Apple Health. However, this data integration is correct. Please fix this asap.
Jacqueline W.
I’d watched a You Tube review to help me make my purchasing decision. The product is as advertised. It arrived quickly and while heavy, was easy enough to set up per the instructions. The wheels do help with portability. It’s easy to use and is solid and stable and not too much hassle to fold up again. I’d recommend it.
Kateryna O.
very conviaient device. I love remote control to regulate the speed. I haven't looked at automated mode yet, but manual is wonderful!
John R.
Very well designed with quality materials too. Smooth and quiet, couldn't ask for more. Many thanks!
Danna N.
I love the treadmill. It was very easy to set up and it really doesn't take up a lot of space. It is easy to fold and lean against the wall if I want more space in the room. They have the best customer service I have ever dealt with. They were very quick to answer any questions I had. I was surprised how quiet it is, too. I am very happy with it. My daughter bought one before I did and she loves hers ,too.
Linda C.
This is perfect. I need to walk to keep my knees going. The convenience of this keeps me from making an excuse to not walk. I love the simplicity of it.
Sara M.
4.5/5 stars with the only demerit being because the collapsible handle is very challenging to push back in, making folding it up a hassle.
Otherwise I love it!!
