I purchased this in January of 2024 and it stopped working by June of the same year. I have been in a conversation with the support team to troubleshoot this on our own without a single offer to replace the unit. We have replaced both electrical boards, taken multiple videos to demonstrate our efforts at self repair and there has been no effort to reconcile this issue. I would strongly recommend someone not purchase this product as the company does not have policies to make it right when something goes wrong.

The automatic mode does not work properly. It goes very fast then it just slows down and stops. As for the Manual mode, you can only increase or decrease the speed by 0.5 km/h, so its either 0.5 or 1 or 1.5 or 2. No in between....

I have experienced several issues.
1. Lost my balance and accidentally stepped on frame. Frame cracked off - poor design.
2. I purchased pad to go under as my stand up desk is on carpet. After a few months I started having a loud/popping noise when I walk on it. Reached out to support and was told it was because I have pad on carpet and the machine is flexing, so I should move to hard surface.
3. The remote WILL NOT work! I have tried everything and the only way to use is with my phone app. This is a huge problem because the preset speeds are either too slow or too fast. The only way to adjust speeds in between is with the remote. I have contacted support for help, they told me someone would email me.

I'm happy with my purchase overall. The deciding factor was that this can fold--I didn't see any other brands that could do it. I'm at my desk a lot of the day, so it's not realistic to be standing/walking the whole day. I'm able to fold it and put it parallel to the wall under my desk such that I can still get close enough to the desk with my office chair when I want to sit. I will note that I purchased the mat to go underneath and with the mat it's not as easy to move the walking pad, and it is quite heavy. But I'm a small woman and able to do it; it just takes some effort. I'm glad I got the mat so I don't have to worry about damaging my floors. I think the pad is pretty quiet and since I use a headset I am able to use it during meetings. I haven't downloaded the app--it's been easy enough to just use the included remote. And I only had to adjust the belt once, when I first got it. I love the blue color too!

I like the Walking Pad overall. I wish it had a handle to move it more easily and it is pretty heavy when you want to move it around. It has wheels which help. It works great so far and I’m getting extra steps in. It’s harder to do work though than I thought. I have to keep the speed at 1.0mph or less to work on my computer and even then I can only do basic things. If it’s a task that requires a lot of thought and speed I have to stop the pad so I can concentrate and finish faster. It’s great for talking on the phone but you could always just walk outside or around your home. Like I said, overall it does what it says and is helping with extra steps.

The KS-C2 walking pad seems great. It arrived a couple of weeks ago - I have tried it out, but do not have everything fully set up yet to use it regularly because the walking pad mat has not arrived. I am still waiting for a new shipment to arrive and then hopefully one will be sent to me. In general, even though the walking pad is extremely heavy, it is easy to maneuver with the wheels. I will be able to provide a more accurate review once it’s in use regularly.

I love having the convenience of being able to walk indoors when the weather doesn’t allow for it outside seeing as we live in Montana. My one complaint is that even though I ordered the US version, the units are metric (km) as opposed to imperial (mi). I tried switching to imperial in the app but got the message “The current device does not support imperial.” This is disappointing but doesn’t affect the function of the walking pad, so I’ll just deal with it.

I'm SO glad I bought myself the C2 Walking Pad! I am getting more exercise / more steps in each day than I ever have before. I am able to use it while I work or while I watch tv (which helps me feel more productive that I am "walking" while I watch a show or two). I've already encouraged others to purchase one when they ask me what I do for exercise. I actually look forward to using it, which is at least twice every day. Great purchase! I highly recommend!

The walking pad works fine, and is easy to fold up. the plug somehow got pushed inside the body of the treadmill, but I was able to reconnect it at least once. The remote never worked for me, so I can only operate it with the app and the app is awful (read the app store reviews). Right now, the sync to apple health not working, but the "help" form in the app is also not working. The product is overall functional but not the highest quality and support is minimal to non-existent.

I gained a few pounds working from home since I no longer have access to our on-site gym at the office. We go to the Y but only for a mere 30-45 minutes on weekdays and at least 1 hour on weekends. Back at the office, I was able to walk on the treadmill 3 times a day and loved it!
I heard about the Walking Pad from Dr. Stephen Cabral and he had some good things to say about it so I decided to order one during their Black Friday sale.
I have been using it every day since it arrived. Chris has been getting on it every night as well after dinner. We both love it!
I would have given it 5 stars but it won’t connect to my bluetooth rendering the app useless. Other than that, it’s a keeper!

Package arrived badly damaged but the Walking Pad inside was fine. I am learning to use it and still need to figure out how to use the automatic mode. I want to be able to set the speed just by walking. I have not figured out whether the distance is in miles or kilometers. The product looks great. The narrow and somewhat short walking surface does not allow for missteps. I have stepped to the side and to the back too far and almost wiped out. I wish that it was possible to turn the machine on and off with the remote so I didn't have to bend over to operate the switch. I would say I am 90% satisfied with the Walking Pad.

Obsessed! Easy set up, easy to use and absolutely addictive. I’ve had a standing desk for 5+ years, but the treadmill uplevels everything - am easily adding 10k+ steps to my day without missing a minute of work, as time flies when you’re busy and the next thing you know, you’ve walked 4 miles! It takes a little getting used to re typing and point/clicking with accuracy - I anchor my wrists on my desk to help lessen any “bouncing” - and find I’m most comfortable at 2 mph as it’s a perfect “rhythm”. It also folds relatively easily and stores under my standing desk when not in use.
The only downside is my garmin doesn’t count my steps (the device only counts steps when you’re swinging your arms), but I see my step count on the treadmill’s digital screen, and my garmin/whoop do capture and record the increase in heart rate, calorie burn and low aerobic activity. If you’re thinking of getting one, just do it. I love love love it!

Love how helpful this is for getting steps in if you work remote. In 2hrs of meetings I’m getting 10k steps in:) I do wish that the plug was on the side so it didn’t obstruct trying to push this against the wall. It would also be nice if it could be stored on its side vs flat on the floor. Lastly, the step counter app is immaculate if you don’t connect while you’re walking, sometimes I’ll forget so it would be nice if the data was stored locally on the treadmill to auto update when you connect the app after the fact. Also noticed sometime it won’t update apple health kit steps accurately so I think that would be an easy software update.

I’m somewhat disappointed in this machine. Sure got home, unpacked it and got it going. Went to fold it up and moved it forgetting it was plugged in, and the clip broke immediately, so now it cannot be unplugged or the connector inside pushes in. This is going to make it hard in the future when it gets moved or unplugged if someone doesn’t know. For the price of this machine, I’m terribly disappointed that the parts are so easily broken.

3. The biggest complaint I have, which is the only reason I couldn't give this a 4-5 star review, is that it often has trouble getting started. I hit start, and the belt starts and then 3 steps in it stops. I repeat this cycle a few times, sometimes I reboot it, etc. etc. I troubleshoot for about 5 minutes and then it will run perfectly fine for the next hour until I step off and I end up back at square one. It doesn't do it every time, and I can not find any information on how to troubleshoot this issue.

My walking pad came with many problems. A broken socket, the remote stopped working, and the app wouldn’t connect to my walking pad and when it DID, it would automatically unsync with my phone and turn off the walkingPad mid walk. I had gone back and forth with their customer service team for MONTHS. They would not believe the things were happening even after several videos, and months of contact. I talked with the same customer service representative throughout the several months I was having problems and she would ask the same questions over and over and it seemed like she could remember one conversation to the next, even when talking over email and responding to emails she had sent previously. I expressed how unhappy I was and they said they believed they were giving me quality service. I have had nothing but problems with the walking pad since I bought it. So much so that I don’t even want it anymore. I expressed this, and they said again that they thought they were giving me quality service. I don’t feel like my voice was ever heard and I never got any solutions to any of the problems I was having. I spent a lot of money to get JUNK that doesn’t even do what it was intended to do. It’s pretty much a paperweight at this point and they keep saying they’re giving me quality service. SOMEONE PLEASE COME GET THIS PIECE IF JUNK OUT OF MY HOUSE, I will pay for someone to take it at this point. I’m sick of looking at it and I’m sick of talking with these customer service people that have offered me no solutions. DO NOT BUY A WALKING PAD. Don’t say you weren’t warned

I received the blue C2 model today and it was really easy to set up. The packaging was sturdy and other than it being heavy, it was straightforward to unbox. After making sure the belt was centered and on straight, I had to walk .6 miles to unlock speeds higher than 1.9 mph. I could have downloaded the app and unlocked the higher speeds that way, but I chose not to use the app and keep it simple.
I set it up under my desk and next thing I knew I'd been walking for 2 hours! 9k+ steps later, my legs and joints feet great. I'm looking forward to getting more steps in and getting my butt out of my chair!
5 stars because:
- the buying process was easy
- shipping was straightforward and took about a week
- the treadmill was a breeze to set up
- I like the look and feel of the treadmill. feels high quality
- the remote is easy to use and responsive. it came with a battery!

I noticed there are a lot of black dust on the pad and the floor after I used it. After I used it a few times, I started to sneeze and cough. I realized I'm inhaling the dust, which is harmful for my health. The dust situation is getting worse everyday. I decided to return it. It is still under 30 days free return, but support never got back to me. Very disappointed.

So happy with my walking pad! The weather has been terrible and I haven’t been able to walk outside. I don’t have enough room in my house for a treadmill. When I saw how these walking pads fold up, I was so excited. When not in use, I tuck it into a corner. When I’m ready to use it, it slides out easily, I unfold it, plug it in, and it’s ready to go. I set up the app but don’t use it, I just use the remote. The walking pad feels sturdy. The only negative I could say is that the speed options are in .5 increments. I’d prefer .1 increments but it’s not a big deal. Overall, I rate it 5 stars.

Feels unsafe as there is nothing to hold onto (such as a bar like some other walking pads). Exchanged it for a more expensive one but they still make you pay $80 to ship it back. Do your research first and don't buy it unless it's a free return/exchange.

I’ve been waiting to post a review. I love it! I’ve been using it Dailey to walk 10k steps. First week I am down 5 pounds. It does glitch out something when starting it after taking a break. If you turn it off and back on it is good to go.

I'm a Functional Health Coach and work from home. I walk my dog 2-3 times per day but realized I was sitting quite a bit for client work, client calls, etc. I struggle with chronic body pain that flares when I sit for too long or have extended periods of inactivity. It says, it's silent - it's not.
It may be silent by itself, but when being used it's not much quieter than a vacuum cleaner listened from the other room. You can hear the motor struggling whenever you take another step. (I weight 73kg)
It's hard to focus on your work when listening to constant belt friction and motor struggling.
Foldability is nice but when you can't store it verticaly it doesn't save that much space.
The beeping could be much quieter or at least option to turn it off would be nice.
Automatic mode is weird it instantly goes to running speed and when you step behind the half of the belt it stops...
I would rate it more positively, if I didn't buy it hoping, it would be more quiet.

I have the C2 walking pad. I cannot give 5 stars rating because I’m having a hard time connecting it to Bluetooth. I watched at you tube just to follow the instructions but still won’t work. I also wish that there’s at least handle on both sides of the walking pad so it will be easier to move it or put it away. With my back problem, it’s hard to bend all the way down to pick it up and move it somewhere, for me, it’s kinda heavy!
