I like the size of the machine, love that it folds and is easily stored out of the way and I can hit my step goal consistently no matter what the weather is in the Midwest. However, I have only had this for a week and since the day that I used it first I keep getting an error code every time I use it. E08 which online says it is a sensor problem and I have contacted customer support today but have not heard back yet. Hoping the company will fix this because I think I it is great otherwise but keeps shutting off and does not consistently work. I have to turn it off and on multiple times and take the batteries in and out of the control and then it still comes back sometimes mid-session. I even turned it off and unplugged it for a full day but it still comes back each time I use it.

Love the walking pad. Only wish there was a digital read-out on the base of the unit instead of me having to look at the remote. Also, when compared to my Health App on iPhone, the remote seems to be a bit off as far as measurements. Finally, it's measured in KM. Would be nice if you had an option to convert to miles. Otherwise, very nice product!

I purchased a C1 and C2 machine and I love them. I use them in my home and work office. They come ready to use, no assembly required. Just pair the remote with the unit and it's ready to use. There's an app available but you can use the machine without it. Their lightweight and fold easy. I had a problem with one of them and customer service responded very quickly to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this product.

Love this little thing. I am able to move it around from under my desk to my living room. It’s sturdy. I gave 4 out of because of the really loud screeching beep every time you press the remote. Frustrating! It can not be turned off in any way. It’s really annoying and I can’t use it while my kids sleep because of that. It wakes everyone up.

I absolutely love my Walking Pad. It is so easy to use. It is so light and easy to move. It doesn't get hot. I walk crooked so sometimes I get a little wobbly, but to be honest I am much more comfortable on it than I thought I would be. I would recommend that if you are considering this you should buy it. My only regret is not getting it sooner!

I really like it! I wish I go the one with the handles but I use my stationary bike and a bar stool as handles. Maybe as I get stronger maybe I wont need the handles for security. But other than that I am very happy with my walking pad

We absolutely love our low profile walking pad! We can move it easily from room to room if we need to. In fact it's so light my 11 year old son can lift it! It's nice to put in the family room and get a walk in while still keeping on eye everyone while watching a movie!

I've always been a daily walker. This summer I committed to hitting at least 10,000 steps a day. As fall rolled in, I started to panic. How could I get my second walk in before the sun went down? It's great, but there's a couple things that keep it from a 5 star.
1. One of the remote buttons stick, so changing it from Auto to Manual mode is a little tricky to get changed over (btw, I hate auto mode, but that's a personal preference)
2. The app is not great. It's inconsistent in updating and I really wish it had a community feature to connect with other users for challenges.

I love it so far!! I upgraded from my cheap one I bought on Amazon 2 years ago and I love how this one folds under my desk and how it’s skinnier than my old one so my chair fits next to it. The app for me works great and I love how it also syncs with my watch! I also love how you can set your own speeds and it automatically adjusts.
Tip: when you unfold you have to push down a bit hard which I didn’t realize at first and thought I had a faulty treadmill.

The walking pad arrived damaged, the belt is ripped. I like the walking pad in general, and it is a great way to get your steps in at your convenience. However i would not recommend from buying this brand due to damaged product. I dnt think it will last a long time with a ripped walking belt.

I love my walking pad. It allows me to exercise without leaving the house. It took a minute to figure out how to make it go faster than 1.75 and I’m not sure I did it so I think more precise instructions would be helpful. Also I wish it had some kind of add on hand rails. Maybe most people don’t need help to stay in a straight line but I tend to weave a little when I’m looking straight ahead . When I try to watch tv while walking I’ve gone too far to the side and nearly fell. That was scary. For now I listen to audio books /podcasts and pay attention to my feet and it’s safe-but it would be nice to catch up on my shows during my walk.

I've been using it for a few months now and really like it. Runs smooth and easy to operate. Only complaint is that when I first received it, the rolling belt was too tight thus I was unable to unfold the treadmill all the way. It took figuring out that I needed to loosen the screws at the very end of the belt -- which was not anywhere in the user manual. But ever since then, no troubles and I really like using this to study along with my portable laptop stand!

I love working from home, but find I do good to get 3,000 steps a day (my goal is 10,000). I decided to change that by getting an electric standing desk (from Amazon) and an under the desk treadmill (from @walkingpad ). My only regret is not getting this setup sooner.
The walking pad comes with a remote and folds so it can easily be stored under the desk when not in use. I can easily work and walk at a speed of 1.75-2.00.

I love love loooove this walking pad! It’s a game changer. It’s so easy to fold and unfold which makes storing it under my desk in a small space really doable. Also very mobile with the front wheels! Can focus more on work while I’m walking… and feel good that I’m getting my steps in.
My only complaint is that the app is glitchy (which I knew from the comments) and the beeping when you change speed is much louder than the treadmill itself. Not sure if this is something that can be changed.
For those of you thinking about buying a walking pad: this is the one and yes it is worth it

After a week of use I already see the difference in my body and mind.
My legs are toning, butt is lifting and posture is improving. I no longer have sciatica pain, aching hips, aching knee from crossing my knees or pulled ribs from Turing weird in my chair.
I have noticed my mood has changed as well. I don’t have to sit in 1 spot for 8 hours a day anymore. I can move. My body no longer dreads getting in front of the computer!

Don’t get this. It REQUIRES you to DOWNLOAD a sketchy AF app JUST TO START THE WALKING PAD. You CANNOT plug it in, turn it on, and then use it without it connecting to a Bluetooth and then this app. Had I known this I would not have purchased. It is absolutely absurd. Do not buy this. Again, you CANNOT JUST USE IT AS IT. You HAVE to download a sketchy app (that has an overall 1 star rating in the Apple Store) and THEN IT HAS TO CONNECT TO YOUR PHONE BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN START THE DAMN THING.

Would like to see some smoother functionality, but works reliably/just fine (so far)! The functionality I'd like to see improved: 1. the folding/unfolding being so tight it's a jarring experience every time, even got a nasty chin bruise once. Would definitely be tough as an upstairs neighbor. Perhaps if the bottom roller bar could be locked/unlocked, the tension in the fold/unfold wouldn't need to be so stiff? 2. I'm not sure if it's just the way I walk, or perhaps my apartment is slightly slanted, but I have to re-adjust my track every time I use it, and often times while I'm using it depending on how long I've been on it. Would also really love a vertical storage option when folded, but it does fit under my couch for storage just fine!! I do recommend ordering an extra cord depending on your outlet access. I'm utilizing my treadmill under my Costco Tresanti desk and in front of my TV; neither outlet is easy to access, so I just leave a cord at both locations.

We purchased 2 of these Walking Pads for our dispatch office. It's a stressful job, and we are pretty much locked to the desk for the duration of the shift. But having these Walking Pads has made a huge difference in our day to day operations. It's fun, gets the blood pumping, warms us up, gives us some great mobility, and it's quite the mood booster! We are all taking turns and keeping track of our miles! It's pretty fun and a great way to get away from our screens and do some breathing! I got this walking pad for my office for the exact reason in the photo. I needed something that worked well, was within my budget and could be completely removed from sight when I have a client/meeting/face-to-face. I don't know if I am going to need to put any lubricant on the treadmill belt (none was sent with it) but at present, it works like a dream. :) Also, despite reading negative comments on the ks app - on my end, so far so good. Calculates distance and keeps track all day.

Why did I wait SO long? I did so much research - I "wasn't sure" ... and questioned the purchase. BUT ... WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG? It is wonderful to have a "portable"/fold up treadmill - I maintain a lifestyle without a lot of "stuff" and this treadmill is PERFECTION. Adore being able to use the treadmill for a routine walking exercise, but have found when I have "30 minutes to spare" - an addition opportunity to "add steps" to my day is WONDERFUL! My husband gifted me a walking pad for Valentine’s Day, and I can say it’s one of the best and most thoughtful gifts I have got from him in 10 years of marriage. I get my workout first thing every morning, but its a pretty sedentary lifestyle afterwards. I’m on calls for 5-6 hours every day, and was wondering if I could get something to walk at a controllable pace during my calls. This walking pad has been a great add to my work from home set up. My WalkingPad is such a great way to keep myself moving while working a desk job! It works smoothly and is the perfect size to fit under my desk. When I'm not working I can just fold it in half and roll it on its wheels to hide it away even more. I do like the walk pad. I am on the fence right about the 5th star. I was under the impression that i was going to be able to break a sweat using the walk pad. That is not the case. It goes up to 6. I'm not sure what that means but my fitbit tells me after 20 minutes of walking, sometimes i don't hit the fat burn zone. This could be may fault. I notice that it represented as a work walk deal. Either way, it fits under my bed and i will use it vs sitting on the couch.

I was so excited about getting this product I researched for so long and I thought with this product costing more that it had to be good. The package was heavy and I got it unboxed. Plugged it in, turned it on and never turned on. Contacted customer service immediately and they said a tech would reach out to me. They did and they ghosted me and I have been trying to get return labels now almost a week. This is unacceptable. Raphael was nice on the phone but not sure why I have to wait for a tech to email me labels. They should be able to do that on the phone and send via email. This needs to be rectified asap as I want that product shipped back asap.

I like the folding capable but I've only used it for a couple of weeks and everytime i use it after 5 minutes i get an error message that the sensor is not working. Seems cheap to be having technical difficulties so soon. I was really hoping it would be worth the money, I'm disappointed

This product is amazing! I have traded this for a gym membership( still need to figure out weight lifting). I will use it and watch tv for a few hours. Makes it easy to get your 10,000 steps in. Only downside it is a bit narrow, so need to watch your footing. Definitely worth it. And doesn’t give you any excuse to skip the workout.

It was easy to set up. I didn't set up the phone app since many of the reviews said it isn't easy to use and I just wanted to walk. But beyond turning the walkpad on and off and increasing and decreasing the speed, the remote also doesn't function well when it comes to seeing the info in the small window. Or, at least I haven't figured it out and customer support never responded to my question about it. But those issues aside, I am happy with it and use it 3-4 times a week along with doing my yoga. My intent is to lose some extra pounds by adding walking to my exercise routine and it seems to be working. Plus, I don't have to motivate myself to get dressed and go outside, particularly in our current cold weather. I just put on my gym shoes, find something to watch on YouTube and start walking.

The set up to get it to go faster than 2 mph was little confusing and it seems that I’m still not able to get it up to full speed but still does what I want it to do. I am obsessed! I absolutely love being able to fold my treadmill after working out and love the wheels that allow me to move it so easily. It is very compact and I spent a month researching which treadmill to buy but I am certain I made the right decision. Definitely a lot pricer than other treadmills but the quality and compact size makes it 100% worth it. The app pairs easily with the treadmill and the automatic mode is very nice to have. While it is on automatic, it speeds up when you are at the front, stays stable when you’re in the middle, & slows down/stops when you are near the end. It is a nice feature to have and avoid having to use the remote control. Set up takes minutes and even includes batteries for remote. One small thing to note is that my bank charged a foreign transaction fee for this website even though website appears to be in the US

I was a little skeptical of buying a product that wasn't sold at my usual retailers like Amazon, Target, etc especially in this price range, but I have been using this for months and am very happy with my purchase. The walkingpad is very heavy, it definitely takes a significant effort for me to move (average build male age 35), but it just barely slips under my desk and folds up conveniently. The app is a little confusing at first but once you get it configured it is just a few taps any time you want to walk.
A month or so in my walkingpad stopped connecting - I was furious at first but I emailed customer support. A representative emailed me back very quickly and gave me a solution that took 5 minutes with a screwdriver (apparently the internal power connector can sometimes disconnect from the main circuit board) and one click and I've been back in business with no issues for months now.
I would recommend to anyone looking to bring some healthy routine to a desk job especially working from home. Even if I'm stuck at the computer for hours, I can get 30 minutes in walking and step out of my home office feeling accomplished.
