I stumbled upon a YouTube short video while I was looking for best compact treadmill and I'm glad I saw a customer review on the Walking Pad. I live in small townhome so I have limited space. The Walking Pad x21 is perfect for what I need. I store it in the closet under the stairs or sometimes when I'm too tired, i wheel it to the small corner of my living room and it's not an eye sore. I love how compact it is but surprisingly and especially how sturdy it is. It can go up to 7.5 miles/hours, granted I don't run on it but that is a pretty fast for the size. I do however run short bursts up to 5 miles/hour for about 15 minutes then go back to walking for my exercise. The walking pad is perfect and I can tell it will last me for a long time.

My husband and I are so thrilled with our Walking Pad! We had renovated our basement and threw out our LifeFitness elliptical due to the sheer size and weight of it. This Walking Pad takes up so little space and provides all the calorie and fat burning we need. Having it three weeks now, I use it daily, typically 2 miles in just under 30 minutes. My husband uses it daily for 90 minutes! He could not believe the satisfaction he would get from it after losing his elliptical. In our 60s, with full time demanding jobs we often do not have the opportunity to walk outside, especially in the winter. I can binge my shows and burn fat at the same time. Thank you so very much!!

The Walking Pad arrived a week after we ordered it. The packaging was in great shape and the machine was well protected. It was completely assembled and ready to go as soon as we put some silicone oil under the belt. The oil is not included but is easy to find at local stores. Turned it on and it works great. My wife and I are retired and walk outside when weather allows. The Walking Pad allows us to walk when weather is bad outside and we’ve even been using it for extra steps in the evenings while watching TV. Quiet and smooth so far.

In terms of size and overall design, it’s exactly what I was looking for. As some other folks have mentioned, it’s VERY heavy. I’ve had my treadmill for less than 3 weeks. I had no complaints, but now it’s glitching…
On multiple occasions the treadmill powered itself on & started running. On other occasions (while in use) it suddenly pauses itself and restarts. Both issues are major hazards. Reached out to customer service this eve, 1/28. Hoping for a speedy resolution.

Its a great machine but definitely larger and more heavy than I was hoping for. Probably would have been better off buying one of the lighter, more portable options given I wanted to use the machine in multiple parts of my apartment

I bought a treadmill that was heavy a few years ago and when I moved 3 years ago, it was too heavy and too hard to move out of the basement My son and I moved everything so we left it for the new owners. But your new treadmill is awesome and I promised my son I would not buy anything else.

This is a very well thought out piece of equipment. My wife loves it! She has been on it almost everyday since it arrive last week. She's a walker and winters are long here in Chicago, so this is a very good investment for us.

Got it today, and it goes well beyond my expectations! Great built quality, silent even at 12 km/h, app works seamlessly and connects in 3 sec. All training data are quite reliable (made a comparison with my calibrated Garmin smartwatch). Sure: it lacks some efficient shock absorbers but in the end if you have good running shoes (I do have a pair of excellent ASICS Nimbus) you have nothing to worry about. It has NFC, bluetooth, WIFI ... so plenty of connectivity, and data are correctly sent to my Apple Health app (dunno with Google). For its price it's really worth the purchase if you live in a tiny apartment like me.

I love the compact capability and it works well. I just don’t like that where the treadmill folds makes a crackling and sticky popping sound. It’s quite obnoxious and gets louder and more frequent the faster I go. The only way I can make it stop sometimes is if I walk on the very outsides of the treadmill which doesn’t really make it natural for walking.

I was somewhat skeptical about placing an order for treadmill on-line, but everything has worked out fine. Do your research and follow this model on YouTube before. you purchase. I really like that this model folds up and doesn't take up a lot of space. It's just what I wanted. The customer service is great as well, as the previous model I selected had to be returned.

Absolutely love this! Dare I say it's "life changing." I originally ordered a different walking pad on Amazon - didn't work at all. I live in small apartment so I needed to get my steps in but couldn't do a full on treadmill. This is perfect. And it's so good looking too.

Love the design and physical appearance of this walking pad. The fold-up function works great! The app is a little buggy. The 'pause' function is misleading - it should be labeled 'stop' as there is no returning to your workout once the button is pressed. Walking on the treadmill works fine, but when running it feels as tho my feet are slipping forward each time I come in contact with the pad, so it feels as if I might fall (I am under weight limit).

This treadmill is amazing for our space. We live in an apartment and we love how we can fold it up and keep it against a wall. We got a mat to keep under the treadmill so that it doesn’t damage our floor.
The speeds are great and the treadmill feels safe to use. It feels like a high quality treadmill. So far no problems. I believe this is a great product for individuals living in a small space. We’re really glad we found this treadmill.

I’m new to treadmills and have a small home so I needed a foldable one. I am working on getting several autoimmune illnesses back into remission and am at the point where walking is possible, but not in the heat or cold outside, so a treadmill seemed like a good idea. This x21 has been really great in the two weeks I’ve had it. I got it on sale and the price has even increased since I got it at the new year, yeesh. It’s easy enough to lug into place (about 4 feet from where it’s stored) and open it up, and I don’t have much strength anymore so if I can do it, most people shouldn’t have a problem. The transport wheels are utterly useless on anything besides hard flooring. The dial and display are perfect and feel fancy. Smooth action, large bright display. My walking stride jiggles the unit and display/safety bar a lot (my tv remote and phone have shimmied off and fallen a few times) but I’m working on taking softer strides and that seems to alleviate that. I do notice the fold point as I walk, like other reviewers have noted, but it doesn’t bother me at all- I just imagine it’s a sidewalk crease. I can’t speak for longevity or how it physically holds up, but two weeks in I’ve thrown away the return box, bought a new pair of walking shoes, and am ready to keep getting healthier and stronger! I would definitely recommend it if you don’t have space for a more solid treadmill, but also recommend to wait for it to go on sale to really make it worth the purchase.

This experience has been honestly the worst customer service I have ever had. First it arrived broken. I still haven’t received a new one. I returned the old one. It took 7 days to get the return label to me. I will never buy from this company again. If my second one arrives broken again I will ask for my money back.

The folding feature is great for storage, but we have had multiple issues with the WalkingPad. We often get an E02 error, and our knob screen has started to glitch. Customer support is responsive, but because of the item, weight of it/shipping required, and origin, you are the one doing the fixes. The tutorial videos are in Chinese. We are hoping the replacement part fixes the issue, but we do have regrets due to the issues and how costly this item was.

Its pretty cool for what it is. There is bubbles under the belt so when we run or walk you can feel them and the seam is kind of annoying but seems to be a pretty solid piece of equipment.

It works great!! Just a slot heavier than we expected. I’m 74 and my husband is 89, not enough strength between us to move it easily. Can’t move it on a carpeted floor at all, so we put a non rubberized rug under it to move it around on our vinyl floor. Power cord could be longer to place in the optimal location for watching TV. Also, the tool to adjust the belt was very hard to work and we used one of our own tools. Otherwise, the quality is great for the price and we use it everyday!

The treadmill was packaged nicely and the setup was fairly easy. It works fine. The issue we have with the treadmill is that when you fold it up for storage, the lock/unlock lever that unlocks it to allow you do the final lift to vertical is very hard to activate/release, and the sides of the lever create a bad pinch point between the lever and the pocket edges, which caused me to get a significant cut with a lot of bleeding. My wife became so afraid after seeing the cut and bleeding that I am the only one who can stow it now. I am a professional engineer with over 40 years design experience and I must say that the design of the lever system for stowing or unlocking is poorly designed.

The treadmill runs very smoothly. I love the sleekness of the numbers on the top of the handle. Connecting the app with super easy. The only thing I wish it had was a water bottle holder.

Fabulous! It's a little bit bigger than I expected and measured for in real life, but the ability to fold up and store in the cupboard is great. It's got wheels so it's easy to push around. Gets up to good speed, no sticky-ness when in operation and you don't feel the fold section when running or walking on it.
Delivery was fast and setting up is easy.

So far, I love this thing and use it 4/5 days a week. I speed walk at 4.2 mph for an hour a day and even started jogging on it at 5.2 mph. No complaints. The belt sometimes needs to be centered but that couldn’t be easier to do by hand. I think the bar controls were a necessary improvement, however. I just hope the motor holds up because I use it so much!

Let's get right to the folding, which is super handy! Yes!
Display, controls and saftey key are good as well.
The thick, fixed support bar is a huge improvement over the previous extendable design.
It is easy to setup each day, stable, and fun to use.
Product support is very easy to work with!
A few minor annoyances (but they add up to one star for me):
Packaging could use a little support in the mid sections, which are directly over voids in the frame.
The newer app is better, but I had to contact support to find the right version and it remains very basic (it connects easily on Android 11 though!)
The belt tracking is finicky...just when I think I have it centered, the belt drifts after 10 minutes or so.
The adhesive under the spring steel glide surface, which the belt glides on, sounds like it's ripping when folding...eventually this should stop but why glue this section?
Rattling inside the support bar just started. I think cabling runs came loose and i don't expect it will stop rattling without intervention.
Love the 8 support footpads but getting them all aligned to avoid frame creaking/knocking is tedious (especially because the spin too easily unweighted, so they spin out of adjustment).
Overall recommended and I hope they make the few improvements to move this into Excellence!
