Great product. High quality and works like a charm!

Both my wife and I use it daily for light jogging and walking while working on the computer. I'm 5' 4" and my wife is around 5', and the pad is long enough for us. It's a decent workout at its 6.2 mph top speed. Moving it around the house is also easy enough.
Kimberly K.
I love my new walking/jog pad. I chose this one specifically because it handles higher speeds and I’m so happy with my choice. I can walk or jog up to 6.5. This is going to be a game changer for keeping me active all year long.
Kristine M.
So happy with this purchase! Easy to set up and use for the first time, be able to fold-up l/put away after each use is exactly what I needed. I have used it every day since it arrived.
Monica M.
A great investment for a small office! The folding option of this walking pad is one of the key features. In the beginning it’s a little hard to unfold and fold the pad but it’s worth the struggle as I work on accomplishing more steps throughout my day. Also the walking pad was well packaged so I was relieved when it arrived
Pam N.
Pretty impressive treadmill! I bought it solely for walking and found it to be smooth, quiet and easy to use. Happy that I chose this brand after researching
Timothy P.
I love the portability of this walking pad and it works great!
Nancy A.
Easy to set up and fold up. Easy to walk on it.
Gabriel L.
It is a very good size and easy to store, but I don't like that when you walk you can feel a lot of where it folds.
Helena H.
I am sooo happy with my walking pad! I have used it EVERYDAY SINCE I received!
The size is perfect, not bulky, it is beautiful, easy to use. It is exactly what I wanted. Thank you!!
Jonathan R.
It works great. Love that it can be stored easily. Is fantastic if you have a smaller space. Bought this and the rower. Both perfect for me
Carl D.
works great, the thing I don’t like is the knobs to loosen and tighten the handrail., Could be a little bit larger.
The wheels for moving it are too small. It has to be at the right angle to move it easily.
But outside of those machine itself is well worth it

I have contemplated getting a traditional treadmill for years but didnt like how much room that took up. I saw the Walking Pad and was initially skeptical about how good something so compact would be but the reviews were all great so I thought I’d give it a shot. My worries went away as soon as I stepped on it. It feels so smooth and sturdy. And I love that it doesn’t take up a lot of space. No more excuses not to get in my daily steps. I highly recommend!
Jack H.
Hey smooth, consistent speed. Obviously high quality, sturdy construction. Easy to fold up and roll out of the way and flat against a side wall.
Lisa L.
The R1Pro is a great portable treadmill, it gives me an opportunity to get walks in when needed with not having a bulky treadmill.
Anil P.
It is best tool for my exercise and also very safe
RIKESH P.
It’s lightweight and portable
Ashia B.
Perfect! It’s easy to put up, take down and use. Easy to store. It’s that simple. There literally no excuses now when I have this. 10/10 recommend
Evelyn H.
I love the R1-PRO. It is exactly what I was looking for.
However, I’m a little disappointed because I originally ordered the A1-PRO and decided to return it because I didn’t realize that I could not fold that one upright and roll it anywhere I wanted to store it. Walkingpad.com would not waive the return shipping fee of $80 even though I was going to purchase the R1-PRO. The best they offered was $20 so I ended up paying $60 for the return. The A1-Pro is great for small spaces.
Robert B.
Use it at least 5 days a week. Great machine.
Mrs C.
Wow! Very impressed with how easy this was to set up and learn to use. It folds up and stores away very easily. Great value for the price!
Kelly M G.
Do not buy this product! The picture shown is how I received it. The belt was ribboned out of the treadmill its self. Unable to use. Fought with customer service for over a week to get it shipped back to them and refunded. After being unsuccessful with walking pad I put in a claim with my credit card company and was finally reimbursed. Sent the damaged product back and now I'm happy with a different companies product.
Emily H.
It's great for basic walking. When I try to jog, the treadmill comes off balance very quickly and shakes a lot. I can't figure out a way to balance it, and there isn't an instruction book with much information.
Katie D.
Have yet to hear back from customer service. The R1 needs more overhead clearance (that was not mentioned ) to fit under bed. I’m starting to feel scammed after reading reviews and the chargeback section in the returns area. If you are so bad at customer service that you have to have a section just for chargebacks- it’s very telling.
Ayanna B.
It’s the most compact treadmill you’ll find. It fits into my small condo nicely, making it easy for me to get a workout and remain uncluttered. The price is worth it for the quality.
Lori H.
I love that it's so quiet compared to my treadmill. It's so nice I can move it around to whatever area I want to move it to.
Harry L.
I received a white walking pad with no handle bar that does not stand up for storage. I ordered a silver R1 Pro but this is clearly not what I ordered. I emailed customer service as there is no contact number, still awaiting a reply.
Whitney A.
ABSOLUTELY amazing better than expected
Amanda G.
Its very convenient, we'll made . Love my purchase.

This thing weighs 80 pounds. It is not simple and easy to put away and get it back out. It is heavy. You have to be present to sign for it at time of delivery. If you work and are not home then you will have to go to FedEx and pick it up. It’s 80 pounds. You have to load it into your car, unload it from your car and get it into your house. It is 80 pounds.
The latches that lock the handle bar into place are very hard to move. I understand it’s necessary to keep it secure, but you have to be strong to be able to unlatch those and then clamp them back down.
I like the walk pad. It is very functional and you can use it to walk or run on. It is simple to use and it’s nice that you can fold it up and put it away and it’s not constantly out on your floor. But when you buy this, you really need to understand that this thing is 80 pounds and if you cannot lift 80 pounds, you will have to leave this sitting out. You won’t be able to continue to fold it up and put it away all the time.

Was delivered with a broken wheel. Was sent a video to fix it myself. I requested a new walking pad or free return label with total refund. Was sent return label next day. But refund took so long that I was charged interest. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Cheri F.
Easy set up, easy to use! I love everything about it but you really need to sell accessories like a book holder and water bottle holder. There is a slot on top of the handle that would be great for this.
Mary J.
My advice is don’t buy this. At first it was great then it won’t go over 1.5 miles per hour. Called customer support they said I had to”unlock it” using the Kisfit app, which I found to be infuriating not exactly a great app, I finally get it unlocked use it for a few months , then I break my foot and have to wait 2 months to use it again, so finally I am healed up , I get back on it and try to make it work and it won’t do anything, I try to use the little hand held remote and nothing. I go to the app and it says my account has been deactivated and I need to sign back in, my password won’t work so I try to reset it, I get an email from the misfit ….. I mean kisfit and it says that the password link has expired, and it’s been a long 4 seconds at least, then I have it resent it comes across with no link. I call customer support and she says I have to unlock the speed, I say I already did that a year ago, so then she says well we will have a customer support person call you back today or tomorrow. And I am thinking this thing is only fit for curbside pick up, because my blood pressure shot up just trying to get it to work again.
Moral of this story is do not buy any piece of equipment that has only a remote control and for sure has to be connected to some crappy half baked app to work, look for a different machine and you will be much happier.
Mary J.
My advice is look further for a walking pad that a not integrated with an app, this pad will not work without the app. And the customer service is absolutely dreadful, it stops working from time to time and it is impossible o get your password reset because the app is so crappy. First off the machine will not go past 1.5 miles per hour until you link up the machine to the app which is very difficult because of the crappiness factor of the app. Take my advice and look for a different product. It’s a $700 giant turd. Do not buy any of their products
Kurt C.
I want to return this walking pad and sent an email to the company with no response.
It is too difficult to set up. The instructions are not clearly written and on line video instructions are also inadequate. I am absolutely disappointed in this equipment. In addition, It is heavy and difficult to move around.
Nita U.
The website could be far more effective. It is difficult o compare products, and some of the information appears inaccurate (the product's total weight). Overall, user experience is a 3/5 for the website.
The product is valuable, and I use it often. Still, there are many areas for improvement. It is far heavier than expected. Further, the manual dials for tightening the arms are rudimentary and cumbersome. It takes a while to set things up and take them down, and thus, it becomes far less "mobile" than anticipated. The control is small and easy to lose, and the holder that is supposed the hold the control is almost entirely ineffective. Also, the limitation of only increasing only by .50 is limiting. It seems like this product and the company are relatively new. There are many kinks to work out. I m happy to provide more detailed feedback on a call if that would help.

Not connecting to Remote

Oh my gosh. This is amazing. I don't have a sit stand desk but I have a small home office and wanted a treadmill that allowed me to walk and jog. I got the R1 Pro and I've used it every day since I got it (got it over a week ago). It is perfect. I love that when I'm not using it, I can fold it up and it doesn't take up much space. I have two cats and a 5 year old and when it is folded up, it is sturdy and not wobbly to where I'm nervous it will fall on them. Super happy with my purchase.
Brian C.
It’s perfect for us and our limited space! We got into the habit during the pandemic of being couch potatoes. Now when we find ourselves watching TV again, we pull the WalkingPad out and walk during the episodes! Has really helped us toward getting our 10K steps a day.
Judy M.
Can't walk on this walk pad, it stops after a minute. Very jerky. Need to return. Tell me how. Need box and return label.
Kathleen G.
its a great full feature treadmill for my tiny office
Stacey F.
I love it! Wanted a treadmill and the fact that it folds and can easily be hidden so that there isn’t a treadmill in my living room when I have company is fantastic!! Works great!
Adelle R.
Love it! Great to use while watching TV and really easy to put away when needed. Like that it can be stored vertically.
Michael S.
Worked for 3 weeks and stopped working. Replaced remote battery, still not does function. Limited troubleshooting instructions. Now I have to make the dreaded call.
Wesley K.
It’s been great at a jogging pace. The compact design is great for my home.
My only complaint is the length of the power cord. I’d like to have a longer cord so I can rotate unit to face the tv or move it away fro the wall more.
SUSAN F.
Was broken on delivery, terrible packing, returned, waiting for replacement.
Brittany B.
Easy to set-up and is relatively quiet when you have it on the walking mode. I do like the heaviness of it as it makes it feel more durable. I have only had it for one week, no issue as of yet, and average 4-5 miles a day!
James D.
I bought this as a gift for my wife who is expecting our first child, this is perfect for her to stay active, and it will be great for us to use at home when we are watching our newborn!
Michael S.
Just what I needed. At 70 just a walk a day helps, no incline, no running (yet). Perfect in the basement workout area, option to fold up and away even better.
Grace C.
Great little treadmill. I burn calories while watching tv in the evenings now!
Andrea B.
Love the treadmill, I’m using it while I work and it fits nicely under my standing desk. I’m working out without making any effort as I’m focused on my work.
The customer service is also great, big shout-out to Dancy who has been super helpful and kind.
christopher s.
We purchased this treadmill to equip our gym for special needs training, specifically Downs syndrome. This equipment fits the population we serve and does not obstruct vision.
Debra C.
Great option to a portable treadmill… I also like that you can barely hear it while in use..
Adrian M.
Very compact, great build quality!
Teo T.
So, out of the box, it looks just fine. It is not something amazing, something that would make you go WOW. It is a folding treadmill.
It does what it says on the box. It folds although the folding procedure involves getting on your knees, unscrewing the handle, raising the handle and screwing it back in. You then unfold it. One must be very careful to align the band as it can get lopsided and can cause issues. I would be very careful with the left side of the handle as there is a wire (probably the safety connection) which is not hidden and can get easily broken.
Also, no one mentions, that if you fold it and you want to get it in the upright position, you would need to unplug it - which is a big nonsense, why would you add the plug at the bottom of the treadmill, on which it sits when it is on the upright position? My power button started to develop a fault, it is not working properly (after 2 weeks of owning). It has pros and cons, but I would not pay 700 quid for it, it is not worth it. I will send it back as it is not what I am looking for. Don't get me wrong, it it ok if you can get over the plug issue, glitchy app (which does NOT integrate with apple fitness), loud noises when unfolding (something sticky underneath), difficulty in raising the handle. All of these hang in the balance and although I love the space saving, I am unhappy about all the other aspects. Thank you.
Sarah J.
the belt is very loud. Would not recommend solely because of that.
Kendall S.
I love my walking pad! At first, I was hesitant because it folds up structurally. However, it has been wonderful! I am permanently injured and can no longer run. I purchased one that has speeds of jogging, but I only power walk. It is fun and does not take up a lot of space. I would recommend this to anyone who WFH and needs a little more movement in their life!
Alison T.
Love the product, easy to fold up and put away. The rail to the walking pad was slightly damaged in transport, but it's purely aesthetics. I couldn't justify returning the whole thing for shipping damage.
Nicoli S.
I am really loving my walking pad. I live in a small apartment and the size and flexibility that allows me to fold it is perfect. It’s great quality and very easy to put together and operate. Slimmer waist here I come…
Matt C.
Incredible product so handy to just take out and use!!
Elyssa M.
Works great! Wish you could change the display settings though on the machine. It scrolls through time, distance and speed, but the distance and speed is in KM, and I’d prefer mph. It also doesn’t have cup holders and the phone holder is way too small to fit most modern phones. Just small things they could maybe update in newer models, but otherwise, the set up was easy and the product works really well!
Gustavo M.
The treadmill works amazing, is decently lightweight, comes assembled! I just wish the support for the app was a little better, but you can do with the remote and that's it.
megan m.
I LOVE how compact this folds up to. I can fold and unfold it in a minute tops. It’s easy for me to roll too (even with my arthritis). The only downfall I have is for how much I paid there is literally no tray or place to set a water bottle or remote or anything. There’s an impossibly small slot to squeeze a phone into but then you can’t use your phone. I had to purchase a cup holder for strollers and o hang it on this so I can have a place for my ear pods, the remote to the treadmill, my water, and my phone. For $600 that should be thought of and included. But other than that I have been very happy with the purchase.
QUANG P.
Happy with my treadmill

Ingenious thing, easy to use, takes up really little space and what is very important to me, it is quiet. Of course, when you run, it is louder, but while walking is great!

I live in an RV and this is perfect ? Easy to use , made well
