I love that it is space saving. It is a lot easier for my husband to move than a normal treadmill. As I was walking on it yesterday I noticed a sticker that gave a recommended age limit. It says 60 but I am 61. I positioned it in the corner of my gym so maybe I will put a grab bar on the wall next to it, just in case. Either way, I am getting my steps in to prevent bone loss and bone damage. Getting old sucks but if you exercise you can be as young as you want!

Company is in China - customer service has no in-house manager with ability to make decisions. Customer service is rude, product is cheap and they make you pay $100 to return an unsatisfacory product. I will NEVER purchase from them again. I reached to the corporate product team and got no reply. This company is the worst, once they get your money, their done.

I've had this walking pad for a little over 2 months now and love it. I keep it under my desk at my office and I am constantly unfolding it and folding it when I want to switch between standing and sitting. It is very easy to maneuver, which is great since I switch back and forth a lot throughout the day. Now I hit my step goal before I leave for the day almost every day. Highly recommend!

Bought for my daughters family. They all love it!

I appreciate the customer service prior to receiving my walking pad. I am thrilled to have it.
Thank you!

Has been great to use when I can’t get outside due to snow and/or ice. Easy set up and no issues. I am opting not to use the app. I scanned the QR code and it said it wasn’t allowed in my country. I count my steps on my watch

Really easy to set up and use. Works great! I’m feeling so much better!

Love this easy way to get my steps in at work or in front of the TV. It’s fairly easy to move and doesn’t take up a lot space. It fits under my standing desk and the wheels allow me to lift it up and roll over to the living room.
Lisa D.
Absolutely love this treadmill! Fits perfectly under my standing desk and folds away when I don’t need it. Very easy to set up and put away and makes meetings feel productive.
Deanna W.
Thank you so much! Doctor Crabal recommended this in his podcasts. The size and the ability to fold make this perfect for walking in my house on freezing cold morning and evening. Thank you for allowing me to gain back my strength and endurance.
Max Z.
Love this walking pad! My wife uses it every. Single. Day! She gets in approximately 3 miles and feels so much more productive!
I will say it is important to note: the instructions aren’t as clear as one would like. Additionally, the QR code to download the application is not available in the U.S.
Not a deal breaker as we love it!

The best thing EVER! I love mine!!

PROS: Easy to set up and compact. Stores well under my desk.
CONS: LOUD. Everyone can hear the motor with my door closed and through my ear buds.
Ivan M.
The belt is too short, so I can't even unfold it fully
Karen R.
This is perfect for me and my space . Easy to fold up and store . Fast walk mode gets a sweat going .

Very sturdy. App is good and easy to use

Space saving Compact and easy to set up and fold away.

I bought this to use at home. I need to be more physical to lower my blood sugar. I have had this for a month and have put 50 miles on it. I walk for at least 30 minutes 5-6 days per week. My blood sugar has come down 20 points. I have it set up with a desk that I can work from. Walking 2.5 mph I can work, read and type while walking. I have been on zoom meetings while walking and no one noticed. This has been a great purchase.

Love my walking pad! Delivery was fast and set up was easy. It is perfect for my small space and stores easily under my couch. I use it every day!

Game changer! Since going remote my back has been killing me from sitting too much. After one week with the walking pad my back improved.
Richard P.
I love the machine but the app never pairs well and the remote is a bit finicky. I wish the mode button wasn't so easily touched as it has stopped me in the middle of a walk and I'm unable to have all my info as it restarts when I get it working again.

I have only had my WalkingPad P1 for a couple of weeks but I love it. I WFH in front of a computer all day long. The P1 allows me to continue working but get some exercise at the same time. Simple to fold and store and takes seconds to set up and start walking. The app took a few times to load but once it is installed, user friendly and simple.

I’ve only had it a couple weeks so far but it’s been a good experience. Shipment came well packaged. Unpacking was a breeze. I was able to set it up within minutes and test it out. I have it under my office desk and use a desk riser to get my steps in while working. It’s amazing! Remote works well. The Walking Pad works great in general! I don’t pay much attention to the step tracker on the remote since I use a different tracker on my person. Best purchase - highly recommend!
Kat P.
I’ve walked over 10,000 steps a day EASY since I got this! Absolutely love it!

I received the KingSmith version, not the walkingpad version. Its max speed is 2.7km which is way less than the 3.7mph advertised. I’m very upset and will be returning. Now I feel like I can trust this brand.
Michelle O.
I like the idea of the walking pad and know I would use it but after 15 minutes of use the belt started rubbing and the machine started to make a loud chirping sound. I adjusted the belt, but the chirping sound will not stop.

Have only had this and my standing desk about a week, but so far, I am loving it. It makes me feel more productive with work and not guilty for sitting around in a chair all day. It's a breeze to get in my steps everyday!
Erica H.
I love my walking pad. I can roll it out and walk while catching up on shows and then put it away so easily so there is no clutter. I work from home so I have struggled to get my steps in. No more!
Ursula S.
Helps me get in my 10,000 steps for the day. Love it!!

If I could give the P1 and the walkingpad company 10 stars, I would. I initially purchased the C2, which I had a very hard time getting the belt adjusted. It kept biasing to the right despite following the directions. I finally got it centered, but not before it shredded the belt. I worked directly with a Walkingpad customer service representative, who I would nominate for customer service representative of the year. He helped me troubleshoot the issue, but ultimately helped me get it shipped back and order the P1 since the C2 was out of stock. He was patient, professional, and promt. I am beyond in love with the P1. It came right out of the box needing minimal belt adjustment. I use it for hours every day while I'm on non-stop meetings. When I do need to sit down at my desk, it's very easy to fold and move out of the way. I'm putting about 20k steps on it everyday and it seems to be holding up just fine and the belt stays put.
This is a game changer for anyone who is chained to their desk all day and yearns for more movement. If you are on the fence like I was, just do it. It's one of my favorite purchases this year.

This is the walking pad I ordered but I received the KingSmith version which if you search for is about the same product but in Chinese. The app is in Chinese and the directions are not helpful. Every time I call customer support it says they are not open today? Even during their business hours. I have emailed them and I really hope they email back. I’m very unhappy
Jamie C.
Really like the design. Easy to store.
Annika G.
Not exactly what I expected. Pros and cons.
Cons:
1. The app in is Chinese? Some English so you can still use but it’s confusing. It’s not in miles, it’s in KM and the time are different. I need to call to see if all this can be changed.
2. SO HEAVY! Not as easy to use as I thought it was be. The girl in the picture looks like it’s effortless to pick up but ITS NOT.
3. So far not as user friendly as I’d like, especially for the price
Pros:
1. Seems like a quality product
2. I like the remote it comes with
Jami J.
My walking pad worked correctly for one day. Then it disconnected somehow from the app and has been inoperable since.
I have tried trouble shooting myself and I also tried to call for assistance but was unable to get anyone on the phone.
Susan H.
The walking belt should be about 4 inches wider and it’s over priced by $200. Other than that it’s a good concept.
Victoria M.
I was really happy with my purchase but after not even a month my walking pad is making noises it wasn’t before. I’m not going over the weight limit I’m only 120 and I only walk on it, I have not attempted to run on it. This morning as I was turning it on and started walking a loud fan like sound started and it’s very annoying. I bought this because it was the best version out there and now I’m not so sure.
Ashley K.
I love it! I live in a 1 BR apartment and there isn't very much floorspace for a traditional treadmill, but i wanted to be able to be active even when the weather isn't good (in WI that is about 9 months of the year...). It is so easy to move around and put away when I am done walking. It is super quiet. It's exactly what I was looking for.
Ted C.
Great product! The walking pad is a small compact machine that fits right under a desk. Easy to use and best part it keeps you active.
Karina S.
I absolutely love it!! I use it every single day. I’ve not felt this good in a long time. Great purchase for me.
Jennifer D.
It fits perfect under my desk. Not loud at all.
Deirdre R.
The item is heavy and hard to move around. Yes it has wheels however if I didn't have my 16 year old son to help me I would be stuck. I will be returning the item. Besides that it's a great product
Erin S.
Easy to set up. Use it constantly, helps me stay alert and happy throughout my workday!
Kathryn H.
My only suggestion is if it had a handle to move it around.
Jenny K.
Have had my walking pad for about 2 weeks and so far am loving it! Even if I'm not walking it's a good standing alternative! I have had no problem with the KS Fit app and it's definitely easier to use than the remote. But the remote works just as well once you learn it's quirks. In the app you can switch between the imperial and metric system as well which I like. So far I am a huge fan, and I hope it will last. This has been a huge help in focusing with ADHD. I currently have one of those desk risers to life up my computer but if this thing lasts will definitely look getting a height adjustable desk because it would be more stable. But overall very happy, have not had any issue with the belt that some have talked about and they send you a key to adjust if it you do have issues. Shipping was also super fast!
